Do girls have to act 'like girls' and boys 'like boys'? Who defined 'like girls' and 'like boys'?
Is it a must to give your other half something romantic on his/her birthday? Something handmade and 'from the heart'? Who defined 'from the heart'?

dont think too much, dont question yourself and dont think til so complicated is the best answer!!
I know life isn't so black and white, and that gender is a socially constructed notion.
But the problem is, society functions around these roles.
Tiring la wanna keep explaining myself and going against questions and comments such as
"Where got girl liddat wan!"
"Be more ladylike can or not?"
"Women cho lou very turn off!"
Oh well....
i think its grey in colour. heh.
u r rite, gender is socially constructed and it is so socially and culturally embedded in our society. unless of course society's views change and if we could flip the world around (which seems impossible), then prolly it will be the guys asking those questions and making those statements.
well, since it is ur life, live it ur way, and screw the world! ok no, live it god's way. blek!
